I came into this thinking the MKII would not be that different, but the MKIII is much more present and natural. No question in my mind.

MKII tweak global EQ I'm guessing you can match the G3 tones. Would be interesting to see the different default settings for GLOBAL EQ between the two amps.

I bought the artist modle of both the mark 2 and gen 3 and I’m disappointed in the gen 3. It sounds darker and quieter to me it’s missing its fullness. I’ll be sticking with the faithful mark 2

The 3 isn’t scooped. It has both a cut and a gain in the mids.

Wich one would you say has more mids the gen 3 or the mk2?🤨 (I had a mk2 and then something happened in the output circuit board thing jajaja so I’m ganna buy a used gen3 and I’m just planning on changing that output board to the mk2 because I feel like the mk2 has a lot of girth on the brown setting and I’ve been in love with that XD)
