This ending makes sense as the boss kept on trusting the same employe in fact his niece which is also counted as nepotism but the same niece betrays him by joining rival company and the unlikely employee saves the day making the boss realise his mistake.

Nepotism is a sad truth in India not only in Bollywood but also all companies,favoritism & politics rule,ending could've been better

I understand that the message is about forgiveness, but I was hoping for a terrible ending for this boss and her niece. Good script and acting. Nepotism is everywhere, not just in India. Best wishes from Canada.

Hi i m also neha 😅 and I also did the same for my company when one of its partner left and one of its department was almost shut down I headed that department but the boss again did the same by some different way and i had to leave the company... i had worked there for 5 years with full my heart but some other people are now handling that department... anyways i guess this is life but this is the reason I also don't like the ending.

In my opinion, every employee coming from outside must have a political connection and connection of some bhaai, only then the boss or employer or owner can't do whatever they want and with just one threat or political connection or forceful means we can get the employer do whatever we want. Police and any higher authority of any institute or organization should always be in our legs and a strong hand of any political connection and a bhaai should always be on our head, then life is totally heaven. In my opinion, house landlords, employer in our job, school or college head and police must always be kept in our legs like a dog and servant, only then such people like that boss can be nicely treated like any dog and servant, that too with huge disrespect, that should be an ideal ending according to my mentality.
