Ive worked construction with a lot of guys that have done time. Some of the best workers and best guys ive worked with were ex cons. One of the equipment operators i worked with did 5 years in mass for a pistol charge. He was even on ad off opiates for a point while working, and our boss knew. But they stuck with him cause he was a good guy. Hes honest, he works hard, and hes learned the trade and been reliable. Got his own house, two vehicles. There are a lot of ex cons in the trades, doing well too.

@@mattymatt6970. I agree 100 percent. It’s been my experience that most cons own their crimes, contrary to the “everyone in prison is innocent” myth. One thing you can’t say is that we’re not REAL! In fact, we are the realist thing inside those walls. The staff consists of more screw-ups and imbeciles than any of the cons. And they NEVER own their shortcomings. The only thing real in there “is” us. We’re fair minded, hard working, honest and loyal workers. Which puts us one up on them!

Definitely the first one. Before it was even an interview style. Was just winging it. God forbid someone try something new. We can't all be as masterful as you bro

Glad you stuck with it. You can definitely see your interview skills sharpen show by show. You good bro, this is just a little different format for an interviewer, It’s a long format story telling with a life story timeline. Especially with interesting characters with crazy lives it’s tough to fit it all in. Plus at the beginning I feel like you were trying to share your stories too to a new audience who didn’t know you yet. Maybe you should have done an autobiographical show first to get your story out before interviews with other people. Also you can tell you were trying to keep a fast pace tempo going without needing to. This isn’t live TV you can always edit out any stuff you want later, or cut and splice slips. You’re great at what you do now, especially without formal training, at least that we know of. Nobody starts perfect. People need stuff like this, especially the OC generation guys like myself who were caught off guard by dopesickness. I was jn Cambridge jail, and Billerica house back in 2004-7 time. I feel like we might of even crossed paths. A white boy Pookie is my brother in 😂law, I know he knew sparky, and Halloran from that time frame. It’s crazy seeing how we all shared a similar path through this hell we call opiate addiction. Much respect. Keep up the good work/fight.
