I love Bergeron. I have been watching the Bruins since I was 6-7 years old 1986-1987 season. I thought that team was the best. Neely, Janny, Bourque, Moog, Then 2011 happened. But this 2022-2023 team is by far the best team of my life. I didn't see Bobby Orr play or Espisido but I'm willing to bet them guys would agree this is the best Boston Bruins team ever assembled.
Been with them since '67. That's 19 67. The Bs through 73 were amazing, mostly for what they did TOGETHER. Orr led them, but they were a band of brothers, just like these guys! We have our leaders now in goal, on D, up front, with a great, great captain at the helm, and great coach behind them all. They CAN do this, and it feels like '69-'70 all over again! I thought that was a once in a life time thing, but here it is...again!! Let's go, Boys!!!
@@blackandgold676 awesome man I would love to watch these playoffs with you. Tip back some beers and watch the Bruins with a guy that watched Orr play.
@@blackandgold676 Same here. The Orr years were a fantasy and unbelievable. It was bittersweet for me because my father died at the same time we finally won the Stanley Cup in 1970. Couldn't really be happy or enjoy it then, but I did in '72 and again in 2011. I'm glad I was around to enjoy that ride. Now we have another chance to win it all again and I think we will. If we do, that will be 4 Cups I've lived to see the Bruins win. Wow! I love this team, always have, always will. I had a rough childhood and the Bruins were my one bright spot. Thank you, Bruins. ❤ GO BRUINS!!! WIN THE CUP!!! 🏆
great stuff , i have surgery scheduled on monday the 17th i will be in the hospital for a few days but i will be watching on my phone for sure and the doctor doing the procedure… from boston and a huge bruins fan … LETS GO !!!!!!!
@@jonnycar5006 my team is in the Cup Finals a month after force-feeding the biggest choke in NHL history to you guys. Have fun hanging that President's Trophy banner so you can commemorate this embarrassment forever while we hang up the Cup banner!
If this team, with the.2011 CORE still being relied on to score, wins the Cup it will be the greatest win in Bruins history and in the modern hockey Era. The sub title will have to be that 88 went off like he never has before in the playoffs.
I've seen this "last dance" comment too much. They still have enough younger guys under control to stay competitive post-Bergeton/Krejci to stay competitive. That said... Let's make this a spoked b season for the ages. Go B's!!!
Dear Foligno, All I ask is for you to bring a bottle of some Boston TD water to any important road game this playoff season. Thanks, The Boston community
This years team has to have a ton of pressure on it to win the cup. Not necessarily a great thing as the opponent who plays them have really nothing to lose compared to the Bruins.
Great video. No doubt the Bruins should win the cup. My X factor unfortunately are the refs and how they'll call the games. Last few years have been bad in all sports.
@@jebbiecart1306 I'd agree if they were a streaky team but they've been consistent all year and just beat FL in FL w/o their top 2 centers! They're deep and built for the playoffs this year.
