This video made me giggle! Laughter can be one of the best ways to beat anxiousness or nervousness! As someone who just started running (I never thought I'd be able to do anything so high impact after a surgery I had a few years ago), I think your channel is so positive and real. I have been looking forward to your Boston video since you shared that you qualified. Fantastic job!

Wow, way to go! I love how you focused more on your body feeling good and having fun rather than just a PR. Sometimes I forget that it's ok to run a race just for fun and to not need a new PR in order for it to be a success. Thank you for the great positive vibes! :)

Thank you for sharing your running journey! It is very motivating, I’m getting back to running after 10 years & kids. Could you do a video on all your favorite running gear/apparel from hair tyes down to shoes ? I’ve started to shop for running gear, I just gave the very basics, so many new things on the market, it can be overwhelming. Thank you!!

Congrats on Boston! I worked mile 17 nutrition handing out the Maurtens. They told us the elites would not take anything from us but it was so hot the 10th place finisher from Morocco, Zouhair Talbi, took a gel from me! I hope you come back and run Boston again!
