@@JackEnHoff247 what you and the cop failed to noticed was a guy crossing at the same time as the driver was trying to turn. There was no reason for the driver to hurry since the ambulance was moving at a snail pace anyway.

Some injuries dictate a slow transit speed to avoid making things worse.

Slow and steady wins the race. When there are paramedics on board they can do just about anything an ER can do, minus surgery. Ambulances are not simple taxis for laying down in.
