Do you present your drawings before the lesson or do them together? I have gone back and forth and still don’t know which one is working best. Sometimes I get resistance
That’s an excellent question. Sometimes I do the drawing before, sometimes I do it with my student. Sometimes doing it before is easier because often I will spend a little bit more time creating my illustration than she does. But honestly, this is only possible because I am down to just homeschooling my one student. if I was homeschooling multiple kids, I would probably do a simplified version of these illustrations or offer illustration book for my child to copy.
