Dr. Kulbersh, are you skilled at reshaping the nostrils during rhinoplasty? I'm trying so hard to find the right facial plastic surgeon for my rhinoplasty here in NC. But after looking thru so many photo galleries on diff surgeons websites, I just can't find the right fit for me. None of the rhinoplasty photos I see change the shape of the nostrils. My nostrils are large, flat and unshapely. I'd like them to be smaller, lifted with a more round shape to them..is this possible at your office?? Please help!
