Since then, she's been living in India, accepted Hinduism and never resumed her journey to Australia. She has always been very vocal in defending Hinduism. And the soul just ahead of her is Mr David Frawley or Pandit Vamadeva Shastri,D litt, Padmavushan, American by birth,indian by choice. He teaches Vedanta ,Vedas,Ayurveda in America. yes and no. you have created a culture of blind faith. we see how gurus wash people's heads so that their disciples worship them as gods and repeat their words like parrots without any deeper understanding . if you really were a culture of seekers then your gurus would behave differently. a true guru initiates and moves away from people because he understands that everyone has to go through their own inner processes. the guru helps you to find the teacher within you and then moves away because he has done his job. most of these people in India who pretend to be gurus are not really gurus. a true guru will not attach people to himself, charge for his services, or allow to be worshipped

I am an ex Christian and i have been listening to Sadhguru for quite sometime now. He is logical, bold and witty. What amazes me is that he doesn't speak about or push religion but rather, address issues that every human being can relate to. He caused me to ask lots of questions in my own mind and by the love of this universe, so much of the questions have been answered for me. Yet i do not know anything, forget about the absolute Truth, i don't have the truth but I'm on track, im getting closer to it. And the joy it brings is worth sharing. Born again in Christ doesn't mean going back into a womb, nor does it mean water Baptist but rather, born again in truth is what matters. The truth will set you free. And remember Jesus said he is the truth. I'd rather honor and worship true virtues rather than an idol of a man with a crown of thorns, halo over the head, but not following his teachings or walking the path he told us to. So life is all pointless unless you start asking the right questions. Peace out

Hinduism is the only religion who allows you to think whatever you want, it allows you to question... But it is upto human being whether he really wants an answer to his question or just want to confirm his doubt about that and this is a common sense which I think every God has given to the related follower but only Hinduism allows you to actually use it but in the right way.

Indeed. The Greeks and later Romans were tolerant too just like the Dharmic religion as compared to the Christians later. Infact, we know for a fact that JC was crucified not for preaching but for the charges of treason in a land that that had seen rebellion erupt every 10 years. The romans used to include gods of their newly conquered people into their own pantheon. It was the Christian Emperor Theodosius that started persecution of these polytheist faiths. And i believe people who get to know Sadhguru also has the same concern on Truth, Peace and harmony. Ancient times we were called as Sindu by others, some years later during mugal era they called us Hindu, but in reality we are people of sanathana dharma not of any religion. We have only two duties dharma and karma. Karma: giving happiness to others or doing betterment for society. Dharma: truth and righteousness. Sanathana dharma = consciousness.

All religions are made in earth I left Islam when I read the Qur’an and the biography of Muhammad, the Prophet of Islam Now I live in Iraq and I can't talk about it even with my family I might be killed, and society will reject me, it's very difficult for me and many Arabs leave Islam every day, but they cannot announce that because they may be killed and of course society rejects them.

I am a born Hindu and I have seen many images of orthodox hindu which prevails in minds of people but whenever I step in temples I feel liberated. I was taught whoever u ask for help will come at resque, tbh thanks to internet I came to know Christians and Muslims are quite strong to their beliefs and don't accept others. Before when there was no internet my mom and dad used to say me in the time of problems whether u call any gods or goddess or even allah or jesus all will come to help coz they are there for the well being of humans. Later with time I understood that religion brought different duties. For Hinduism religion is more of a lifestyle than a bounded means of living. Don't wanna visit temple its ok, wanna visit temple then also ok, pray to god everyday u r ok, even if u don't pray then also ok. No 1 gonna force u anything, at the end of the day only the important thing is to follow the dharma and dharma means never do anything wrong that can harm others or yourself. You are good to go, but even if u leave Islam I will ask you to never leave hope. As when we humans are there then only religion will stand, still today Hindus say that every standing religion is equal but have different paths. Its you who decides to walk your own path whether follow a faith or become an Atheist. Hope u can live more freely in future with your own choices without the fear of being criticized.
it is not even what religion is bad and what is right. Religions what i believe, were like ancient world's constitutions. Seriously, if there was a God or a higher entity, surely peeople around the world would have common ideas of Him/Her. But since they do not, it is not difficult to see that God was just their imagination and some really Good humans turned into 'God' due to their good deeds in the past and their praises being sung. Now that makes sense, since every culture had that one person with the leader ship qualities, who made people follow him. Look up to him and people were just full of praises for them, which distorted over the centuries due to imaginative poets writing books and word of mouth. And now we think of them as if they were some supernatural entities.

All three, David Frawley, Sadasivanatha Swami and Maria Writh, have contributed many things to Hinduism. Sadasivanatha Swami is the editor of 'Hinduism Today' magazine and a Hindu monk at a monastery in Hawaii. They're doing a great job but hardly recognized.

However, beware, for the more answers you get, the more questions you will have about other things. Some get distressed by this. I'm from malaysia. Sadguru is an intelligent man. He has the highest level of wisdom than most of present and past religious scholar on this planet! He talks with logic n common sense. Infact we should considered him as the living "god"???.

@@nzbrotrev9028 it's a dumb idol only to the Dumbos who are blind believers. It's just the basic form of worship for people who don't understand things....like you. After the Worshipping, we can go another step and start meditating etc. Does a holy Cross hear or speak? Does air listen to what you pray? And it's better than self proclaimed prophets and sons of God's. Jesus was a human who died. He can't save you. And the dumb idol Krishna won't act like an egoistic scumbag and let non believers go to hell. He won't expect people to convert. He wouldn't mind if I don't believe him.
