Both Nithari Accused Acquitted, 17 Years After Chilling Murders Near Delhi

Seventeen years after the killing of women and children in Noida's Nithari stunned the nation, with the discovery of bones and other human remains around what was described as a "house of horrors", the main accused - Surinder Koli - has been cleared of all charges. He was acquitted in 12 cases by the Allahabad High Court today. His employer Moninder Singh Pandher, co-accused in the case, was also acquitted in two cases. Their death sentences stand cancelled.

Me. Why are they out of jail. Court said lack of evidence so acquittment. But in the movie they ve found the bodies (so probably dna of murderers and rapers), and the new cop recieved a video tape . And what about the filmed confession of the murderer in front of the police ? Was this only in the movie ? What happened in the real world ? So many questions after watching the movie.

My reaction to court is are you kidding the criminal who openly said what he had done and narco test also taken and skeletonas were found and said lack of evidence.

A very shocking decision. I am just unable to understand the reason for such a decision. Truly sad and my heart goes out to the family members of the young children who lost their lives to these monsters,

Even I was threatened to be cut into pieces and thrown into the drain in Noida when was working there. These people have political backing of some MLAs, if you investigate the drains there i am 100% sure you are going to end up with many skeletons being excavated from these drains. Start with Morah village near sector 35.

P.S. The best part is they have no remorse and brag about their murders openly. There are also criminals with relatives either as lawers or political parties.
