You can rent it for $2,000 per month. Not sure if you have to be a "business", but I suppose you can rent it if you have a big flat house and don't want your kids to get out of their rooms while gaming.
As a hotel guest, I would actually be insulted by the management not to provide me with human service. Part of my hotel experience is the interaction with real people. Shocking just to think about how many hardworking people will loose their jobs! Horrific. Always thought, that humans were the hotel company's most important asset. Rhetoric mambo jambo in reality.
That's what I'm wondering too. Either it has a virtual map of the hotel and uses GPS to get it's current location or it's all done through image processing i.e. reading the room numbers and recognising the elevators with its camera. Probably a combination of the two...
