Hi guys! I hope you are doing great. Today I’m sharing an update on my Botox and fillers. It has been a little over four months. The Botox only lasts for three. The fillers last up to a year. I am going back to have the Botox done. I wanted to show you how the fillers are looking and how they look keeping up with the Botox throughout the year. I hope you enjoy the video. I agree, I too would nvr have described ur lids as hooded. I’d pay for ur lids! Don’t let them take ur money needlessly. Ty for the info on Botox. I’m thinking ab it. Ur results are great.U look amazing :)

You are beautiful and thank you for sharing! I'm 42, will be 43 in a few months and haven't had botox or fillers yet. I've been debating whether I should but have been hesitant. However, I feel the same way about how we approach aging. It's challenging for me to accept the gray hair, loose skin and wrinkles.

Awe Thank you. I always thought I was going to age gracefully and naturally. Then I told myself I wasn’t going to do anything til I hit 40. Here we are. I am having the lower blepharoplasty done. I am scheduled 5/1! I feel this will be the best option for me. Plus like you I have been hesitant to keep getting filler and Botox all the time. Plus for me this will be more cost effective. I feel like I can handle everything else better. Just my bags have always made me self conscious and have gotten worse over time. Thank you so much for sharing!

Thank you for doing this video. I have similar eyebags and they bother me too. I just had a consult with a surgeon for the lower eyelid surgery and I’ve decided against it because of the risks of bleeding which can cause blindness. I have a bleeding disease which makes the risk higher. During recovery you can start to bleed if you cough or throw up and he was pretty clear that I should look at other options. I think the filler looks really good on you and I’m going to go for a consult for filler. While the surgery is permanent, I just can’t accept the risks. I’m happy to read the comments by other people that suggest that surgery can change things in a negative way as well. I’m going to consider filler like any other salon appointment.

Thank you for sharing this. It’s nice to read others experiences. I’m sorry to hear about your disease. I wouldn’t want to take the risk either. At least the filler is an option for you. I just came over here from the first video. I think you look great, I’ve been getting dysport on the regular for 4-5 years now and it’s something I’ll probably keep doing. I get it done every 6 months. I’ll keep doing it because it’s something that works fast unlike over priced eye creams etc that really never seem to work. If we feel better and look better why not? We no longer need to age gracefully lol.. we have hair dyes, teeth whitening, laser eye surgery now.. why do we need wrinkles or under eye bags (btw I had under eye filler a few years ago to fill some hallow ness I had under my eyes and that was a God send for me). If you do choose to get the surgery I wish you the best of luck, seen amazing results with that as well 🤗

I appreciate your honesty. I have had hooded eyes all my life and it was no big deal. No one talked about it. It never affected my self esteem. Now it seems just another way to make us feel bad about ourselves. I am in research mode as I have some under eye crepe happening and now I notice the hooded eyes... (is it because of the excessive talk about it??). I too have always wanted to age gracefully. It aches my heart that we feel we have to do it. I appreciate you 🙏

Awe. Thank you. I’ve tried so hard not to let it bother me. I never want my picture taken and when I’m doing a video I usually have a ton of lights on me to try and hide my bags. Honestly I’m not worried about my hooded eyelids or wrinkles. I do think a lot has to do with social media and this day in age. I am having the blepharoplasty done for my bags. I’m scheduled 5/1! I’m nervous and excited. Thank you for sharing!

U are just the sweetest 💗 I'm 54 years old and considering botox but so scared. I'm scheduled for this Thursday. Not sure if I'm gonna go thru with It. I dont want my face to look frozen lol thats what im most afraid of. I want it to look super natural and still have movement on my face. But thank u so much for this video. Get it in there! It is genius and it wears off! Most decent practitioners won’t freeze your face, rather they will soften it…. you’ll love it!

The more botox you get, it weakens those muscles FYI. (So you won't need as much botox) You deserve to feel good. But i know how frustrating this is You look BEAUTIFUL ❤ Thanks for sharing, i subscribed

It is a slippery slope for sure! I am looking at my uppers and lowers but wondering when does it end. I will be 61 this year and don't like looking at my tired reflexion in the mirror. Your results are amazing! Can you feel the fillers in your tear troughs? Thank you for sharing your experiences!

Thank you! I tell the hubs he doesn’t know how easy he has it:) I can’t feel the fillers anymore. At first I could feel them and I could see my upper cheeks when I looked down. Before fillers I couldn’t. It was a little unnerving but honestly 1-2 weeks and I was used to it. I don’t feel them now. I can still see my upper cheeks. I hope that made sense. Thank you again😁

Thank you for making this follow up video. In my opinion, the top of your eyes don’t look hooded. At least not to the point of surgery, especially if it doesn’t bother you.

Avoid a lower Bleph since you will just need fillers to fix the hollowness that follows 2-3 yrs post op. The initial results are amazing for a lower Bleph but that’s not the case long term. Save yourself the money from this surgery and use it for fillers since you repeatedly have to get fillers after surgery to cover the hollowness, which looks very unnatural! Speaking from personal experience. And I insisted my occuloplastic surgeon remove a very conservative amount of fat since I had heard of hollowness. Major regret!

I’m so sorry to hear that. That is a major reason why I’m thinking surgery so I don’t have to keep getting fillers. When I make an appt for a consult I’ll definitely question them about this. I have a list going☺️ Thank you for sharing. Wishing you the best!

Wow your experience isn't mine. I had lower eyelid blepharoplasty at age 30, they didn't remove too much fat so I never looked hollow and still don't 22 years later. I just have undereye wrinkles now but was told it's because as we age we lose volume under the eyes and skin gets thinner causing the dark circles to be more prominent and skin wrinkled. I think now I want a 360 degree bleph all around my eyes since my upper eyelids are sagging to the point of putting pressure on my mobile lids and I don't like the wrinkles under my eyes and I don't think filler or botox can get rid of it. An aesthetician advised surgery not fillers or undereye botox. I'm curious Jenny how your results are from bleph? You don't need upper eyelids bleph though!

Did you get a price on the lower blepheroplasty yet? It's not too expensive in the long run compared to keeping up with fillers. You'll be looking berween $3500-$5500 depending on where you live in the U.S.

No I haven't yet. I plan to hopefully this year. When I do I plan on filming! Thank you for the info. That's not as bad as I was thinking. I had in my head around $8,000. Regardless it is still a lot. Yes in the long run it will be more cost effective. Thanks again!
