Hey Lovelies,
In todays video I discuss my 2nd time botox before 30 experience. Let's just say it didn't go well. I share my tips on what I would do differently after this not so great botox experience. I have bruising and quite a lot of pain which I didn't experience the first time I had botox done.
This time I had Spock Brow, where 1 of my eyebrows was spocking and the other side affect I had this 2nd round was dropping eyelids at first just one side then becoming 2 droopy eyelids. I looked tired and very 'heavy' and puffy around the eyes.

True. It is hard to walk away. Im not a persona that feels pressured or embarrassed easily AT ALL. But for some reason in a situation like that I would feel very stuck...

I'm so sorry you experienced this! It's so annoying when you don't get the results you want. Good thing, Botox does wear off. Phew!!! Also, if they don't use the white pencils, it doesn't mean you should walk away. I go to my dermatologist for my Botox and experienced Botox injectors don't always need to use white pencils. So guys, don't be put off if they don't use it!! :) I've experienced so many different injectors and luckily I've always had the result I want. Botox is amazing, I love it. Botox for prevention is YES. 💙💙💙

How long did it take for the droopy eyelids to not droop? Did you do anything for that?

You have to ride the wave until the wear off unfortunately nothing can be done. This is different time for everyone, my lasted a good few weeks but so happy not forever.

Hi girly! Quick question, around what month/year was your first botox treatment vs your second botox treatment? I'm thinking of doing mine once a year.

They say it lasts about 3 months but it is different for everyone. Mine only lasted about 6 ish weeks. I waited a good few months between my first and second round so it had well and truly worn off before getting more done. 🌼

I get it every 4-6 months, luckily the nurse I see is great and I can barely feel it happening. I do definitely get a head ache for a day or 2 after, but just dose up on panadol 😊

Hi, sorry you had that experience. I’m 54 and I had my first ever Botox injections for my forehead lines and the 11’s. Now my brows and the skin of my eyelids are drooping down so it looks like I have almost hooded eyes. I have never had that problem before getting the Botox. Plus the area under my eyes swell up all the time now. I never had that before I got Botox either! My question is after a few months when the Botox wears off, will my eyes go back to normal? Is that what happened for you?Thank you for your video! It helps to know I am not the only one who has had a difficult experience with Botox.

Oh I had Botox to lift my eyes I already have droopy eyelids I’m on pins now how did it end up?

I had my first round of botox on Friday, I have been so worried because I cannot lift the outer corners of my eyebrows! I'm hoping that it will eventually relax? Maybe give it another 10 days or so? Ahh! Thank you for your videos!

@@zeishasjourney so much better! I'm finally able to move my eyebrows with more ease. That was a little worrisome since it was my very first time, but I know now that it'll be just fine! Plus, I love the smoother appearance my face has. Totally worth it, I think!

So to clarify: how long was this video made since the day you got the second round? 30 days? I just got an unsatisfactory botox 10 days ago myself and I am trying to get a timeline for when I can start to expect a little improvement. I cannot move my forehead at all. :(

So this happened to me.. I’m in day 3 and been bawling my eyes out how bad it looks. So one eyebrow is droopy and the other one is arching so much! It literally looks like I had a stroke. How long did it take for your to kinda settle? Or disappear even?

It’s most definitely not ideal! But the good news is it won’t last thank goodness 😅 Once I got the extra Botox added it was a few days ☺️

I was told that unfortunately you just have to wait the Botox to wear off, so it’s a waiting game. If more was added it would make it worse 🙈

They should have given u arnica in case of bruising. It's not that bad but I understand it's easy for me to say that but it's ur face. I do my own Botox and I've had everything go the same as u so I learned by watching vids and reading everything I could. And now, I do my own and I've become quite good at it but I would never do anything to anyone else

By the way, you really should of asked for another nurse.. didn't they have another nurse? I'd have been so p**** off if the same lady did my Botox! Sorry you went through this!!x

My forehead has aged much faster than the rest of my face 😅 i got it re done for my wedding which I was so happy with but its not something I will keep getting topped up on going at the moment, the upkeep is inconvenient … plus who know the long term affects 😆

@@J8_official Just want to mention, that Botox can be used as a preventative, if you use it early 20's - mid 20's then it will help PREVENT wrinkles from forming. I've been getting it since 21 and I'm 28. I have 0 wrinkles, 0 fine lines & even when it wears off, you should be left with 0 lines. Just FYI :D it's proved to PREVENT wrinkles. Xoxo
