I've been amazed by your previous recreations but this time I'm even more so. - It's been 10 days since the race. - F1 only put out 1 video about this and they just recut the onboards and trackside camera footage into a short montage. - This is based on those footage and clearly showcases what happened ,from different angles ,at different speeds. Basically: Congratulations ,you did a better job than the official F1 Media team. :)

Submit your work to formula 1 official, they would love these type of video to promote the Halo !

from the first time i saw the crash and every time after, i'm still amazed they both pirouetted at the exact same time and same angle.

The secret is, Brits are always aggressively protective when it comes to their drivers, as we see, especially if they are British youth. Where is Bottas' rights British F1? Why don't you show it from Bottas' angle? You abuse his rights for the sake of British youth on the grid, to protect his development and not damage his development. You guys are always the same at every area, not only F1, if a Brit is subject to a controversy even if he is visibly wrong, you will manipulate and tell that how the Brit one is rightful. You won't do it obviously, it is not certainly like that, though it is always like an untold secret. A Brit's nationalism is like it's manipulation in English.

The halo protected Bottas, because Russell wheel was right on top of the Mercedes cockpit. The halo really is proving to shield drivers in so many ways to get hit on the helmet with such force from a heavy object, like a wheel.

One little criticism, drivers won't hold onto the steering wheel when they contact with the wall. Russel releases the steering wheel a couple meters before impact as can been seen his on board camera.

Very good animation, as always. It would have been nice if you had included Russell's halo deflecting an incoming tyre (and possibly saving him as well).

.. if it hadn't had rained earlier, I would blame Bottas for the incident. Although the track can easily accomodate two cars side by side the dry lane was along the middle which Bottas was actually going for. I think Bottas had no intention or meant to squeeze out or block anyone.

This crash just looks like Russell's car had a magnetic attraction to Bottas and I dont know why

Russel had 3.5 meters space. Instead of admitting he made a mistake he a.) slaps Bottas in the helmet after the crash and b.) makes childish comments in the media how the whole crash was Bottas' fault and that he did it on purpose. Used to respect Russel but after this crash and all the childish comments I hope he never gets a Mercedes seat. Russel needs to grow up.

Dirty Hamilton. When you drive someone off the track almost killing him. You only get 10 second penalty. (Not a real penalty when your car normally finishes 40 seconds in front of others)

just a fix a small mistake here: in onboards of Kimi and such, you can see that Russell actually loses grip on the rear before even hitting the grass. i think he just hit a wet spot or something, that or something broke maybe? either way, his rears all of a sudden lost all their grip sliding his rear onto the grass removing any possible grip he might have had left and thus.. accident
