Bonjour everyone and welcome back to my channel. As mentioned in my previous video, I went shopping in Japan and scored this beautiful brand new Large Hope Bag from Bottega Veneta. Dear Nicolas, I lived many years in Italy and I love Bottega Veneta. What a wonderful choice: the model, the size and, particularly, the colour...It definitely fits your shape and style. You're probably right when you say that the bag won't hold its value but it's such a classic one...intrecciato per sempre!!!🤎

just found your video. what an amazing style. it's so well curated (i hope it's spontaneous and not "curated"). but the particular shades of brown and now a tressé bag, all gives so much 70's, even the mid-century and more common eames gets more character. loved it.

Hi Nicholas beautiful bag, I used to have one of the vintage Bottega bags same color same weave I loved it but just stopped using it at some point I miss it though this might be a wish list item to fill that void. Congrats beautiful bag💚💚.

Hi Nicolas! Another great video! I totally understand about meeting your requirement of fitting a laptop. My bags (usually totes) must be able to accommodate my portable oxygen concentrator as I a require supplemental oxygen 24/7. This bag is stunning ! It is my favorite of all of your bags. @@nicolas_arst in one of your videos I saw the LV milk box bag (I think that’s what it was called. lol) It inspired me to find a small crossbody and I got the LV Fold Me Pouch. Small but an ok size for the essentials ! It’s great seeing you making more content ! Thanks for that !

I just purchased this bag in suede in Italy and wow, it's a beaut! So functional and fits a great deal. I was torn between this and the Jodie and your video was so helpful, thank you!!

They are both beautiful unfortunately I believe the suede version is not a life warranty like the leather one.

@@user-li4yn8xp9v Yeah, the Certificate of Craft is only available to a selection of bags. At this time, I do not see the Hop (leather or suede) on the list, however my SA was great to provide a great deal of care tips!

I'm happy to see Bottega is going back to more elegant direction now as it used to be pre-Daniel Lee. It's a lovely bag and goes well with your style. By the way, sorry for an unrelated question, but... I love your belt. Could I ask what the brand is or where you got it?

Hey Nicholas, great review, a requirement for me is to be able to fit my laptop as well. Will be my carryon item for work trips. Price is a con, but I see sites like Cettire at lower prices, definitely will go with the large and fondant 👍😎 the large hop is a great alternative to a backpack and I think suits men’s style more than the large andiamo

Congratulations!! Well my K35 is currently at the Hermes Spa so I cannot really tell but those 2 bags are different enough that I am confident I can use them both on a regular basis :) @@user-dx9zx8gf4f

there are a few other things that I am not a fan of like how the bag is up in the armpit, the handle could be a little longer. the other thing that you also mentioned is it can only be used as a shoulder bag, with the andiamo there is the versatility to make it into a crossbody. but the price point is good compared to the andiamo .

Hello! I have not seen a large hop in black one (yet?) but only in dark brown, dark blue, yellow and white.

Hello! Thank you very much for posting such a helpful review - your video is what convinced me to finally take the plunge and buy the large hop in fondant! Can I please just ask how you store this gorgeous bag? Do you stuff it and keep it in its dust bag and where/ how do you rest it (flat, upright or hanging?). Thank you very much!
