The motor underneath lets off a slight smell and it's a little loud ru-vid.comUgkxCKuMxLnvr6fJd_M4SE-n7trcGj3zEUHq but considering it's size and how hard it works to do the job, it's sort of expected. I assume the smell will go away over time. Overall, I love this cute little blender. The extra cups and lids are great too!

Mine is 1000 Watts at 21,500 I used it it blend soaked beans and d control stopped working d following day,I had to return it still under repairing,,even mine did not have turning stick. I just hope it can last long

Are you sure is silver crest blender you bought? Cos all of them comes with that turning sticks, mine came with small and big cup too (2cups). I don't think silver crest blender has a 1000watts too I got my 4500 watts double cup for 20k too and original.

Nice tutorial. I was patiently waiting for the part where you will blend the plastic bottle or maybe you should have used a normal bottle. And I’m curious to see if the corn was blended/crushed smoothly. You didn’t show us the result well. And I thought the blender comes with a two jugs; one for wet ingredients and the other smaller one for dry ingredients

I think it’s just my “Nigerian reflex”. All my blenders I always put hand on top for just “incase” it’s not me that will end up cleaning splashes . I think I also did it because I felt the machine was vibrating too. Just incase ni sha. You can take off your hands once your Nigerian spirit tells you to 😂 For the cup, check your specifications, maybe they sold to you 1L cup or something. If not you can still return it.

The first time I used mine I perceived burning smell and started seeing smoke from the engine immediately I off it and as I checked the particles of what I was blending was stocked in the blade. You don't have to fill the cup. Add gradually while blending. Mine is 5500w
