BOTTLED CURRY BEETROOT 

Today we make bottled curry beetroot.
Ingredients you will need:
6 cups of beetroot, cooked and cubed
2 finely chopped onions
2 cups white vinegar
1 and half cups water
3 cups sugar
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
half teaspoon ginger spice
3 tablespoons cornstarch
