This band is one of the best bands in music as far as live sound is concerned. You can really tell when Sean sings his lyrics, he's really feeling the raw emotion of them which makes them sound so damn good. Two of the best bands I know at sounding just as good, if not better live than they do even in the studio recordings are: Smile Empty Soul & Breaking Benjamin.
Just saw and met them yesterday. Awesome band and the guy in it seem pretty cool. They all signed their CD for me. I wish I would of found them earlier.
i love Smile empty soul...it bothers that this was they're only big hit. Other songs such as "silouhettes", "the hit", "finding myself", "this is war", "with this knife", and "here's to another" deserved to be listened to and deserve more radio play. I think they're extremely underrated because most people know them for only this song...i love them tho, and can't wait to see them live one day.....
thx for helping me out man i mean last night i figured out it was a shecter C-1 but i didnt no which one if it was a plus or original or Elite, so thx for telling me its an elite how much does it cost for an Elite? and once again thx lol
They don't get more radio play because they write music of subject matter that is not intended for radio play. I agree though Great band I have all of their cd's
@itsallgood239 Yup LiveX. After they played I went over to their tent and they were taking pictures and signing stuff. There were a bunch of hot blonde chicks they were taking pictures with so I just sort of snuck in when it got silent asking them all to sign the CD. I didn't really get to talk to any but the bass player. They seemed cool.
Actually they were really good live when I saw them with Puddle of Mudd in Ybor, Florida. I wouldn't say this is there best performance but the live show I saw was the shit.
@br33zy5sp I was thinking the same thing. They opened at the Alice in Chains concert and I ended up buying their new album and got to meet all of them and they all signed the cd. It was funny because I'd ask them to sign it and after each one did they would thank me lol I think it was the drummer after he signed it saw the bass player hadn't signed it and told me to stay there a second and ran somewhere behid the tent they had and brought him over to sign it. They were awesome.
I fucking love this band and this song I understand what they mean, I drink so fucking much and i do it for all the fucking drugs, don't get me wrong, but i just love the lyrics and this song, it means much to me!
no tienes idea desde qando llebo buscando esta rola!!! no crei q la fuera a encontrar nunca...solo que me acorde de parte de la letra de "Sullouetes" y wala. Y si, QBO el la verga
Those chord changes, while singing, are far from easy. This is a well-written song, with some good hooks. I do not think its all that easy when all taken into account.
Mike Capraro yes I saw them a few days ago in tiny bar with about 20 people in it and they blew the roof off that bitch. It one one of the best shows I've been to
19 years later and This song connects with the 30 yr old combat weathered, blue collar beaten guy just as much as the alcohol dependant coke railing pill poping kid that heard it the first time.... Long live great music 🤘🏼
I won't admit this band is the best, but they are pretty damn good. My favorite bands are All that Remains, Tantric, and Apocalyptica. Look them up if you like this band.
Altan Aydin creative differences, him and sean don't get along he wanted to drum his own way and sean didn't want that. & now Ryan Martin the original bassist has since left and John lecompt formerly of evanescence is the new bassist.
Altan Aydin and they have had several drummers since Derek left they had Dominic weir for one record and they had Jake Kilmer from 2007 to 2018. And on top of that they had a second guitarist mike booth formerly of cold from 2005 to 07.
@Templer606 haha ^_^ So Yeah, its a misunderstanding on the internet, wait..You're talking about Limewire, Does your Limewire still works? i've heard Limewire doesn't work anymore because it's illegal or something so i checked and it doesn't work. Kinda weird :S
the mics have nothing to do with it. it's his voice. his voice might be bad when he hits that high now or he's just yelling. lol i like the song, but the mic issue you say has no effect since the mics are able to handle the abuse. he also look slike he did alot of drugs too.
chill out lol, they are kool but obviously not moving and memorable enough for all these so called flaky fans to remember and search them a year or so after buying the first album. It happens like it happened to Audiovent, kool band but just didn't push to meet their market expectations they unfolded. In the real world you can sound awesome enough to have people like you but if you can't market yourself you will go no where, which involves a lot more then you may think.
