It’s about contracts & publishing rights. It took the show a minute to get on the RU-vid train for the same reason. Plus guest artists don’t wanna give away their stuff for free.

bitchykins i guess that’s fair but I feel like at the very least it would be a potential moneymaking endeavor for everyone involved. If music lawyers can figure out how to handle features and samples they should be able to figure this out.

You should see the one they did before this called Lil Rona got the city on lockdown. That one was also done right when the lockdown happened but it didn't get as much attention because it was only an online feature.
