@@justincarnes1553 The TLDR is twitching of the eye is common and usually stress based and is caused by your nervous system being over excited and sending out too many signals, so get more rest, chill time, and cut out the stimulants, and also use it as an indication that you're pushing your self too hard. The lengthy response: My eyes have twitched off and on through out my adult life (as well as many other random highly specific muscle spasms, like a tiny part of my tricep or shoulder for instance). In fact, my right eye is beginning to do it now, damn it. Lol It took me years to figure out why and how to mitigate them, but mine are due to nerve damage as well as inherited nervous system disfunctions (epilepsy). Eye twitches are almost always a sign of too much stress on the body/mind manifesting in your nervous system. The human brain represents 2% of a persons weight but requires about 20% of our energy making it one of the most "energy expensive" organs in our bodys budget so to speak. Stress (of any kind, in your case apparently becacause of an early stage viral infection) causes build up of a hormone called cortisol, which is produced by the adrenal gland to help the body produce glucose (essentially). (Glucose being basically food or muscle and fat if you havent eaten converted into fuel) If you were very stressed out for a long period of time, high cortisol levels can cause immunosuppression and a whole host of other problems, especially long term. This is most likely why high stress people tend to live shorter lives. (Note that cortisol is by far not the only reason for these muscle spasms. Im not a doctor) Your spasmodic stomach is a bit odd though. Do you mean like your ab muscles were twitching or you had an odd sensation in your gut? Again, Im not a physician but Im pretty sure there isnt much muscle in the gut to cause twitching. I would however chalk that up to covid since it does cause gastrointestinal symptomologies as well. But I suspect, and this is a very taboo and contested topic so take it with several grains of salt, but its because it appears that the coof virus was made in a lab and its not something that would have existed naturally otherwise. Hope youre doing better. If you ever get the twitches again, it means you need to slow down whatever youre doing and chill. Sleep, healthy living, and avoiding stimulants like nicotine, and caffeine, or atleast reducing them if you cant do that is 9 times out of 10 gonna cure that eye twitch.

Ana I looked it up it says it “In foodborne botulism, symptoms generally begin 18 to 36 hours after eating a contaminated food. However, symptoms can begin as soon as 6 hours after or up to 10 days later. If you or someone you know has symptoms of botulism, see your doctor or go to the emergency room immediately.”
