This was the run. I've been thinking that a 23:1X is possible and this run would have been it if I got instant laser. Everything went right except calamity, but even then I got an attack up claymore (which is very lucky) mostly making up for the timeloss. There's definitely some riskier strats to try next, but for now I think I'll look at other categories.

We only have botw, tears of the kingdom, and the original for NES, so we have made a pact to ask for a Zelda game each birthday until we have them all. Just got Skyward Sword for my birthday Sunday!

Yeah, I wanted something with the claymore since getting attack up was pretty important to the ending of the run (and also quite lucky) and the jumpslash reminded me of gear 5.

French is slightly faster than English (~4 seconds) because one of the voice acted cutscenes is faster in French.

How close are your BLSS top speeds from the highest they can be? Is it a relevant source of potential timesave?

BLSS has a speed cap, but even with max acceleration you can only hit the speed cap on distances longer than most of the ones on the great plateau. As far as I know my BLSS acceleration is very close to optimal so while I can save time it's only a couple of seconds throughout the whole run.
