Hello for tamarind toffee try brown granular sugar n chillie flakes and use the ready made pulp of tamarind like a thick paste form cook it on low heat n then put it on parching paper refrigerate it and once firm cut it or make rolls , I have tried these here in Dubai at global village if I get them somewhere I’ll get it n send you the ingredients on wrapper best regards

@shaguftaejazofficial To make Imli toffee first caramelize sugar, then add cooked thick Imli paste in caramelized sugar and spread the mixture on a greased tray and allow it to cool down for 30 mins at room temperature donot need to put in fridge or freezer
For Imli paste add imli water, salt and red chili in pan and cook it for 40 mins on low flame, more you cook the Imli the more it will taste good For 200gm Imli, caramelize 300gm sugar and then add imli paste in caramelized sugar and make toffees out of it

Try making a chilli sugar caramel, cool and crush it. Cook out the imli until a very thick paste. After cooling add the crushed caramel. See if this works 🤷
