There was a dude who bought a police Crown Vic direct from the police. They sold it to him with the full livery still on the vehicle, with a receipt and all. So he took it around driving and eventually, was pulled over and the same police tried to charge him with impersonation. In court, the police refused to accept that they had sold the car as they had but the dude was able to prove they had to a judge, who dismissed all charges and had a note written that the dude was to keep in the car at all times, stating that the car had been purchased legally and that he was allowed to drive as it was, livery and all. I also love how they just completely block the entire gas station XD

Actually funny thing! Depending on the state it’s different but by the federal law, which states can be stricter on, but in somewhere like Ohio. You can have, speed radar, sirens, red and blue lights. The radar is fine long as you’re not pulling people over using the radar being a fake cop. The red and blue lights can be turned on, on private property and allowed to be driven on the road as long as their not turned on while on the road, and as for the siren it’s the same thing, but you legally are allowed to use the Air Horn on a siren in the street because it’s not classified as a “siren tone” it’s just a “air horn” I have a Air horn for my retired CVPI I drive on a daily. I’m a volunteer ff so my lights I do have a red and white and Amber but legal my air horn is ok alone. Just lil info for those who may not have know😊
