A stunning example and rare to see nowadays from this locality of a highly sought after combination among collectors consisting of acicular Boulangerite (very interesting hair-like crystals) and Quartz crystals all over along with minor golden Pyrite cubes. Boulangerite is a sulfosalt mineral and typically forms in a unique crystal habit of fine acicular crystals that appear as woven, hair-like fibers. Specimens from this locality come from old miners and were collected decades ago. Specimen comes from the historically mined but now closed and refilled upper levels of the Olympiada mine in Northern Greece.
Thank you for watching.
