And my calling experience were great but yesterday the person I'm talking with can't hear me with my buds. I gave it to my uncle one day and when I checked it they were at different places. Maybe that's why. For this price it's good but there are many other great buds

Plug in any of the port to charge. Two are given just to make it look like the exhaust of UFO. Both are working and plugging in any of the port will charge the case.
Brother i just bought these earphones and when i open the case it shows 2 arrows it means that it has 50 percent charging but when i plug it by a type c cable it is not glowing or blinking Are they broken please reply so i can replace them under time And i am pretty sure that my cable and adapter is not broken cause i charge my phone with it

@@sujithawesome8885 I don't even remember if I have ever seen a TWS claiming to offer 10 hours on a single charge. Most TWS offer up 6-7 hours due to compact form factor. You should get a headphone or neckband earphone for better battery life on a single charge.
