We live our life in our own way, Never really listened to what they say, The kind of faith that doesn't fade away We are the true believers We are the true believers man this lyrics really kick some asses!
Respectfully, I don’t think you’re getting it. Those aren’t spectacular lyrics. They articulate a deeper meaning that sort of feels degraded by the route memorization of reiteration of the words. Maybe that sounds stupid. When I think of it. I barely remember the actual lyrics. It’s a feeling. A profound one, rite of passage, metaphor, allegory, I really don’t think it matters.
I have been attending a Car club run for 40 years now Every year we meet the NSW clubs. Every year we talk about the "true Believers" Somehow i still have braincells left. Ive sent this to all true believers...so we can all sing together in OCT (y)
I can remember them playing this in 2001 in TJ's Newport, awesome song live with everyone signing in the pit....... Brilliant times! Awesome bassline 10/10
I das Them Playing this during the deconstruction tour in Cologne in 2001. It was the best concert i ever saw, with pennywise, anti flag, Sick of it all, catch 22...unbelievable!!!
Dope how they slowly accumulated a loyal fan base. I saw them in 2006 here on the East Coast (Norfolk, VA), and it was a blast 💥 They played with Against Me, & The Loved Ones.
That song is as punk ass historical as it is becoming the spiritual shit of the future... They saw things way before... Ain't that what punk is all about? :)
amigos se fueron, muy pocos se quedaron, lo único que me quedo fue mi familia. Pero como me hace recordar los viejos tiempos esta cancion, cuando no me importaba nada ...
Yooo I was there! That's me at 2:26 right side of the screen blonde hair and the queers t shirt. Man those were the days! That show and video shoot were epic.
Never been a massive fan of the bouncing souls but this song is so good. I'm gonna part of the lyrics tattooed on me at some point, they some up (in punk rock) pretty much everyone you can meet on your travels. Awesome song
Free show at CBGB, just were gonna play one song like 11 times, what a great day. In my mind it was the week before 9/11/01, does that sound right to anyone else who was there?
feeling my age! wow, hxc and ska boys were so cute in NYC back then :) always outta my league though. and not a cell phone in sight in any of these videos. and dancing! nobody dances at shows anymore. heh
I wanted to go but I broke my leg a few months ago and have this weird pipe thing holding it together so I couldn't make it! Guess I'll have to go up to Reading later this summer. I envy you! haha
