Bourbon Peach Cobbler 🍊🍽️🍶🍶

2 one pound can peach slice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 nutmeg
2 boxes pie crust
1 stick of butter
3 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cups apple juice
1/4 cup of bourbon
bake on 350 for 45 to 55 minutes
add more cinnamon and nutmeg if needed.

I found myself at first wondering what else that "Apple Gravy" would be great on top of. Then, about 7.5 minutes in, I was wondering how much Very Old Barton Chef tested getting his mise en place in order.

That's peach soup with dumplings! Was so excited by the title of this vid, but was equally disappointed by the desert. I'll definitely pass on this one.
