Fried fish with pepper sauce is sheer bliss😋 Hassar 😋😋. When I am visiting relatives in Guyana, I ask for all the traditional meals. Joseph Bourda is part of History and so is Stabroek market. Bourda market certainly needs modernising. Wow, an easy way of grating a coconut. The bishop's residence is beautiful. As a little girl, I had the pleasure of visiting the Cathedral 🙏.
