I initially clicked on this video for some bowfishing, but I got inspiration. That is incredible you can still handle a bow, boat, etc. just like everybody else. Great perseverance!
its good to know we still go hunting and stuff, i know how you feel cause i only have on leg, couldn't imagine not having an arm, way to go, glad you didn't just give up,
@dillonrayphelps yes i go down there alot and shoot off the bank you mostly shoot spoonbill and gar sometimes big heads and different types of carp like commons and grassies
To answer some of the questions you are asking Tim......Tim shoots that way because he only has the use of one arm.....Even though the title says he's bowfishing below Barkley dam, Tim states that he's in the Tennessee river which makes this below KY Lake dam instead of Barkley, which is the Cumberland River......yes, you can bowfish off of SOME docks on Nolin Lake, but not all, like the marinas won't allow fishing nor bowfishing.....you can harvest two paddlefish in KY with a bow.....you can harvest 5 catfish in KY with a bow.
How long did it took you be able to successfully hit moving fish over a moving boat? how do you even aim when theyre under not so clear water? this is so amazing!
hey KYAfield, do yall still have a copy of the bowfishing segment Tim did at Nolin that aired this past year? Tim was shootin some huge gar and Ive been waiting to see that u A
