Bow of the Last Guardian may be a little bit more common than we thought! What do you guys think of the drop rates, are they fair, should they be increased/decreased? Let me know!

I think the chance to get rares are good for sub 100% rn but bow pieces should be a bit rarer. As for the higher enrages it doesn't make any sense at all, rates should go up or other rewards should be added for higher enrage kills.

im very new to zammy and quite ignorant to the enrage system. So.. 100% runs would be better than anything under 100% for unique AND common drops because 100% is more loot pts than 99% and under? also, can i run 100% 11+ times for the BLM? or do i have to do 100%, then 110% then 120% for BLM to occur? sorry for the probably dumb questions. lol just cant seem to find much on reddit

Hey man not dumb at all! Yes you can farm anything 100%+ to stack blm - you can do the same enrage over and over, or climb. Whichever you prefer. 100% would be better total loot than 99 because of loot points you earn yes, but if it takes you a lot longer to complete p7 then it may just be better to farm sub 100% if your goal is commons. I’d personally always recommend 100% + due to the blm mechanic though.

2 questions: Does bad luck mitigation at zammy reset if I roll the rare drop table from another source (i.e., croesus). Also, does bad luck mitigation reset if my "group" gets a rare (loot share is NOT on)¿

It’s only at Zammy, as for groups, yes it still does because everyone still gets their own drops at Zammy, just like they would at Croesus. Lots of groups will play keeps because of this, your BLM only affects your drop so if you’re due a drop and decide to group, and get a bow piece, then ideally you’d want that to be keeps.

@Rheyo RS awesome, that's best case. I'm like 30 kills dry at Zammy but got cryptbloom top from Croe yesterday. I assumed that means I'll be dry at Zammy for at least another week 🤣🤣🤣

How much harder is 50% than 0%? Isn't it most worth it to camp 0% since it'll be faster?

I can’t imagine it’s too different, it’s been a while since I’ve done 0%. 50% would probably be better due to the loot points as it puts you into t3, so it would give you more commons per kill.

Drop rates are unaffected, so the loot will be unaffected. Doing this in a group will just cause faster kills as you can split roles and save a lot of time.

what does running the full dungeon mean? killing all mobs?

Running the full dungeons just means running from start to finish like a normal Elite Dungeon. There’s an achievement where, after you complete 25 full runs, you have the option of skipping straight to Zamorak so you can fight him like any other boss. Most people will opt for just killing Zamorak once they’ve completed that achievement.

I think it's crazy how sirenic needs at least a seren bow to operate. im sitting around with a nox bow in death lotus doing liberation of mazcab. If this bow just sky dives to 500m or something. There will be a chance. Nox was up there FOR A WHILE.

Serenic armor works fine with any ranged weapon, it’s independent of the weapons so it doesn’t have any effect. Death lotus is tank gear, I’d recommend trying out Sirenic or at least pernix, that’ll give you more offensive bonuses. Pernix is more expensive, but it would be an easier switch due to it being power gear while also having an hp bonus similar to death lotus.

@@RheyoRS you would run up in sirenic and shoot the slowest tier90 bow. 😆 Try tanking fleet with nightmare gaunts. Or go ascension. Repulsor back to lotus.

I’ve been using Sirenic, fleeting, and nightmares since using Nox bow, now using sgb. Weapon speed doesn’t affect how fast you fire off abilities, just the auto attacks and damage value.

50% and 90% are the same in terms of commons and uniques, loot points have no variation between those two enrages

quick math: camping 99% enrage is a 1/776 chance (.125 x 1/97) of bow piece; camping 100% enrage is a 1/533 chance (.15 x 1/80). 776/533 = 1.45. This means that if you can do a 100% enrage kill in less than 45% additional time (so under a 7:29 if you get consistent 5:10 kills) compared to a 99% enrage kill, it is worth camping 100% enrage instead of 99% enrage to get more "bow pieces per month" so to speak. This also assumes you have consistency in completing P7 of course!

Jagex logic these days..... Add new high level endless bossing content. Check. Copy and Paste common resources drops for these high level endless bossing content. Check. Make the RARE DROP of the boss rare and hard to get. Check. Add in the Enrage system. The higher the Enrage the better the RARE DROP rate is also as player increase the Enrage level we increase common drop quantity for the player. Check. Keep increasing the power creep tier. Check. Players who don't need the common drop resources from these high level bossing will flood the market with the resources. Check. (Market items devalue, inflation is out of control and the in game economy start to suffer)...Jagex be like..."What just happened?"

Well, 99% Solos on Mobile are quite fun to do, reminds me a lot of Causal Nex Kills. I think Bow Pieces should be exclusive to 250% enrages and up, but Zammy is already quite difficult for some people, so i think it's on a good spot, but Higher Enrages should be more rewarding. Maybe even provide free rerolls at 500% + But yeah, so far so good, although there's room for improvements.
