Two things 1) Nobody in this clip even said this. Dre was arguing for “myself” and Bow for “my community”. Also, the community she was talking about wasn’t the “black community”. It was her geographic community...her neighbors. That’s why she wanted to give her neighbor (who you may not have noticed wasn’t black) the toilet paper. So no, it’s basically impossible to interpret this as racist.
