Teams from different department took part in limited over matches to decide the winner. Every team had 8 members with 2 females included. Equal batting bowling opportunity was given to females as first 2 overs were bowled and payer by females only.
Quite an Interesting concept as it was indoor and you really could not throw long shots as the roof was also covered by mesh. Lots of singles and so many goof ups resulting in runouts. Unpredictable game and that made it super interesting.
The whole tournament was wrapped up in 12 hours to decide the winner. Overall a good team building activity , employees enjoyed a lot and there was healthy and positive vibe all day long.
