What I love about summer is family vacations. The beach is my favorite, but I just enjoy fun times with family!

What I love about summer is sitting outside in my rocker, watching the birds and butterflies. I love to go to the beach also. I love the car seat. I believe i had one for my son in 1972.

In the Summer, I love go get out in the garden. The car seat is so pretty. :)

I luv that in the summer 🌞 I usually get to go on vacation to the Texas coast! ⛱️ It's really hard to pick something I like about summer because being from Texas it's just soooo freakin' hot!! 🥵🔥 So going to the coast and trying to make it to fall, 🍂🍁 my favorite time of year, are about the only things I can come up with, lol! 😂 I remember my sister's seat like that and it didn't even have a seatbelt! My husband's Mom once told me about his Dad carrying him around in one of those pumpkin seats (I don't know why but that's what I always heard them called "pumpkin seats") and u know how the padding in them is super shiny slick plastic? Well he slid out of his and landed on his head! So that's what we say is what's wrong with him now! Lol, he really was dropped on his head as a baby! 😂 I also remember my eldest little brothers seat that was for when he was about 2 and the tray part raised up and down and actually had a buckle but the way u "secured" it in the car was by ramming the two bars that came out of the back of the toddler seat into the gap between the seat and backrest in the car! Crazy! I literally remember sitting on the fold down armrest in the front seat between the driver and passenger because it made it like a booster seat where I could see out the windshield (no seat belt because it wasn't required and cars back then didn't even have a seat belt right there) or standing on the hump between the back floorboards and leaning against the front seat! And have been told that I was (as it was the norm to do) just laid in the front seat as a baby. I'm only 46 but it just doesn't seem possible that in my lifetime these were normal, everyday, accepted things!!!

What I like about summer is being able to go to the sea and swim 😊

I’m gonna be honest, I’m not a fan of summer, I’m not a fan of the heat. But I do love the longer days of light. I love the baby seat! That’s the pattern the twins my mom babysat had on most of their baby stuff. 😊
