I would only add 3 WINDOWS (2 in kitchen, 1 in dinette area) and a big skylight on kitchen ceiling! Natural light makes all the difference in the world, showing you beautiful views on all sides at all time, and letting in direct sunlight. Best medicine for any depression and sadness!!! 👍👍 This would make the inside a much brighter, lighter, wider and happier place! And also I would paint all the cabinets light beige. And have the shower a light color too. Hopefully, the new owners have done that, and are now happy and joyful in their mobile home! 😊🤗
Beautiful people and a beautiful van!! You guys are such amazing creators with absolute integrity in everything you do! Can’t wait to see this van find it’s forever home! Love you guys
Really nice build you both must be very proud. Watched a couple of box van conversions your was the first to have that murphy bed which for me would of been an important must. Best wishes from London wished I'd done this when I was younger, good luck to you both.
It looks so good you guys! Well done 👍🏼 It’s beautiful, functional and has everything you need. We agree you have to have a shower and toilet! Having the bed on a lift is so convenient, the toilet looks so simple and easy to remove, all the switches are accessible so that’s really nice! Love love love! 💕
I really liked both of your box trucks (this one and Basel). Which one did you prefer? - Was it better to have the larger truck or the smaller one? Larger gives you more space for stuff & to move around inside. Smaller gives you more maneuverability & savings(gas, insurance, maintenance, etc). What seemed to be more important for you guys? If you could pick out the exact box truck size, what size would you choose? Thanks,
They preferred neither! 😂 Sold them both and went back to being stationary in a house on a permanent basis. I feel them. Mobile living 24/7/365 is by far not for everyone. I will venture though! PS. It is good to have a solid stationary home to come back to though. 👍 Priceless!
This is the perfect build! I am ready to take the leap into mobile life and I like all the room you get in a box truck. As I was watching your video I was thinking "how could I do this... I have no access to tools or even space to do a build-out???" Please tell me more about your build-out services. I would love advice even in purchasing a box truck. Looking forward to connecting on this!
Thank you so much Trisha!! 🙏 We would love to help out along your journey. We are now taking client builds out of our workshop in Maine! Please feel free to email us to connect further: harryandlyss@gmail.com
Great build guys. The van is laid out great. You fit so much in such a tiny space. Did the box come with the cutaway or did you have to find the box and install it on the van?
It’s not made from toxic materials that are bad for the Earth. It’s made from linseed oil, pine resin, cork dust, and saw dust which makes it completely biodegradable.
wow I have seen you guys on a few of the van build videos and didn't know you guys are moving to Maine, I live in Maine and about to start building in a 12 foot box van like yours, I really like your build and if you guys have any insights on how the van work in Maine's winter I'd appreciate it thanks :)
I love your conversion. I am considering switching to something similar from a Promaster van. Can i pick your brains through some type of insta messaging?
Awesome video! Thats such a sick setup. Im hoping one day I can build a 4wd diesel ambulance out like this. Right now I just travel out of my truck camper I built up under my topper with my pup Lola. You'll have to check it out on my channel! Keep up with the awesome work!
