I been a competitive boxer my whole life, and I just wanna state for the record, the noise from that body shot triggers flashback nightmares from the deep recesses of my soul bro. I’d rather take 100 punches to the head than take one of them. If you ever been a competitive fighter or even a boxing gym rat, and taken one of those hard liver shots….. then you’ll know the exact type of PTSD of which I speak. Lol

Alot of boxing gyms have bully behaviour, any beginners they don't like the look of, they like to beat them up, the coach will put them in with an experienced boxed on there first week just to hurt them. Seen this shit happen so many times.
If you go with the intention of bettering yourself that's what will happen. Most people want to act "macho" and try to make it about ego... those are the kind of people you weed out of your gym.
I’ve seen people condition stomachs and body parts to take hits well but some people say that doing it has lead to hernias for them. How do I avoid a hernia but condition my body to not crumble from hits no matter how hard? I want this not only for street fights and surviving but also for if I ever do a career in fighting.
There's so much to this story than the video shows. What's their level? Is the bearded guy a bully? How many years of practice for each man? There's levels of to this.
Age is a boxers worst enemy you have a very short window in life to get this right. Training great managers and the era you start at soon you turn 35 and life changes. Lol😅 cant brawl like before
