It’s all about transferring your body weight
There are a few types of footwork for throwing combos, you can use: rotation, switched step, matching stap, pendulum step and steps at one spot.
Don`t forget to add defensive moves before, in and after your combos
Practice realistic combos depending on your opponent’s guard. Here are some combos for you: 1-2, 1-1-2, 1-2-3, 1-3-2, 1-5-2-3, 1-6-3, 3 body-5-4, 1-4-5. Target both the head and the body
Common mistakes:
not moving your feet
not adding def moves
throwing unrealistic combos
Homework:
practice those combinations that I showed you and come up with your own ideas

Yes you are by far my fav tutor online at the moment. Please keep it up. Same detail, same camera work. Its great. I still feel that im not bouncy enough on my back foot when I bounce on it to through a 2 after the back foot bounce.

This is honestly some A grade teaching right here what I would do to have a coach with this mindset and demonstration. One of the only channels I’ve found that properly teaches the pendulum step with how and when to use it amazing work.

Excellent explanation of attacking! I do have a question relating to the pendulum step; should I be using the pendulum at all times or should I stop sometimes like when I’m in the middle of a short range exchange where I need to focus on slipping in and rolling out?

Of course you should switch your movement depending on the situation and range. Pendulum is mostly good at the long range. At the middle and close you better settle down
