Boxing can help improve your heart health, body composition, and strength, as well as lower your blood pressure and aid weight loss. This exercise could promote tissue regeneration and repair in various organs as well as activating your stem cells , strengthens your immune system and slows down aging process .This will result into better healthspan and lifespan.
