When a teenager lets his special powers get out of hand, a special agency will go after him to use him for experiments while revealing the truth about what happened to his mother. Subscribe to our second channel: tinyurl.com/Mo...
They've made this movie a dozen times before. It's predictable, but this one has a few twists and looks well made. They used cool settings. At beginning of recap i was like i bet that one lady is his mom and then i said i bet the Perceiver is his real dad so i was half right
So I guess he just kinda accepts that he will forever have an imaginary girlfriend?.... Man, that is next level social anxiety, and where did the "american" come from?! Was that ever answered?
The cop shit at the beginning makes no sense. Why would the cop believe the old lady after her "wound" is revealed to be non-existent, much like the "gun" that shot her. That said, why didn't Ian just do his thing and make a hundred bucks appear in his hand to give to the woman for the bottles? That way you don't draw the cops AND you can momentarily get the lady to lose interest in pursuing Vicente long enough for Ian to hop in the car before breaking the illusion.
your standards are low to non existant lmao. this was a convoluted, non sensical mess. considering you like this, youre prolly also a fan of son of the mask
I had an idea for a story like this back in 2022. The character has the EXACT same illusion powers, but he doesn't need eye contact. By extension he also has telepathy and mind control. He is also capable of placing neural "curses" on people. Basically toying with their senses so hard that it becomes unbearable to live. You'd think the victims would try to off themselves, but he thought of that too. He alters their minds such that they don't even know what suicide is. The powers are granted to him by a device worn on his face. He and one other person are the only people in the world who have it, and anyone wearing it will gain their powers and be immune to them (if the built-in DNA-based psychic shock security countermeasure doesn't kill them first) What's scary about the effects of their powers is that both of them had the exact same powers, but the way each individual person's mind is affected is so different that once afflicted, the changes can only be reverted by the one who "placed the curse". Even if everybody in the would had those powers, not one of them could restore an affected person to their untampered state. Side note. Most "heroes" don't kill because it's immoral He doesn't kill because he believes killing them only puts them out of their suffering
@@ehrenloudermilk1053 Well, both of them are awaking a mind controlling power with their eyes and are able to create loops (Izanami for Itachi). So yeah, I can see why op saw Itachi in the protagonist
@@Kanerudo that's literally the only similarity they have is that they both can create illusions but itachi can't read people's minds and look through their memories and he wasn't some child born of a miracle come on you and me probably have more in common than does two characters so thinking about itachi when you watch this movie is just weird.
@@ehrenloudermilk1053and since you responded with your “holier than thou” attitude, you’ve made it very clear you ARE a Naruto fan, aka insufferable. he’s making a minor juxtaposition, not attacking your favorite cartoon. have fun googling the big words I used
Watched "AWARENESS" yesterday from movie recaps making me interested. Took a while to look past the dubbed voices, but it's actually a good film when that stops destracting your eyes. Wish I knew Spanish fluently to have watched the original voices
im shock how petty he is with this power , give me this power and i wouldnt be robbing liquor from a store wtf, i be at the casino or a thousand other places abusing this awesome power
@bibbobella , I think the illusion doesn't disappear even after the caster who made the loop dies, thats why esther was still perceivable after the perceiver died. So this means that the loop is some kind of neurological rewiring thats permanent within the subjects brain. A permanent illusion seared into the very structures of the neural mapping of synapses and neural dendrites. so even when the looper who loops the subject dies, the brain changes are still permanent, or it might fade away after some time. From what I can assume, is Esther real? IS ESTHER REAL? yes shes a real illusion, an illusion thats real. Esther has become real to him as much as our minds, emotions and personalities and thoughts is real to us. she has become a sort of a split personality 3rd person within his brain. weather this effect wares off or not eventually I know not.
This movie is such a great idea and a hidden gym. I retake of “secret wars” waisting away in Amazon prime land. Who placed the American? Based on your idea this brings up 3 questions : (1) Is a Loop like a neurological scar, always with you but if you are a perceiver, you have the luxury of bringing them to life? Or (2) is it like something you do heal from and even if you have powers, one day you come home and a child is missing. Then the wife that came to help file a police report at the station was never there. Then your “neighbor” comes to take you “home” to what you see has been assisted living. Oh and 3….what are the implications of world leaders getting a loop that’s directional, then the perceiver dies? This should have been bigger.
Prsumably some of those agents were freed/bribed low-key criminals and had their connections cut off? One thing America can disturbingly spend is raw BODIES.
Plot twist Esther, the perceiver, Adriana and Vincente are all loops created by the American and Ian the agency main asset and all he was doing was killing targets 😂
It would REALLY be VERY helpful if these posts included the title of the movie they are talking about. (Not just this channel, but many other channels, routinely omit the title of the movie.)
So why Ian didn't see his mother asked Vicente to take the baby away the first time he entered his mind? Movie has several plot conveniences and dumb decisions even with a recap. They know they need visual contact with their targets, yet they keep choosing frontal assaults instead setting up ambushes or using non-lethal grenades, for example. MC and main villain have OP powers while everybody else seems to lack a functioning brain except Vicente, poor dude. Whoever wrote this was high on something
What if... instead of making those illusions at start, he made the cops see everything blurry and nauseous. They will stop. And you just make the woman see black. So she thinks she had some weakness or smth. I guess they aren't that smart.
