Thugesh Rasgulla Chaat is actually a thing. It's a traditionally famous dish of UP. Though we don't put dry fruits. It's just simple curd, spices and imli chutney. Just like dahi bada. And it frankly tastes better than normal dahi bada because of the draines rasgualla's subtle sweetness combined with chilli spices and tamarind sauce
