Never pay for their credit card, car, phone bill, rent/mortgage or any kind of debt until marriage. It just almost never makes sense to do that. Each individual takes care of their own thing. You only pay for dates, travel, food, gifts, etc when doing things together as a relationship. It blows my mind when I see someone paying for things like that on their partner. Each person needs to be responsible for their own things. That’s life. Once married, then you both work together on your combined finances.
