@@nymphaudiosage regression is a trauma response its an escape ppl slip into little space if they feel unsafe or anxious or sad or maybe just for fun depending on the person and for bpd we have abandonment issues so we need a loooot of reassurance that ppl love us and that they wont leave and we also get into depressive episodes and we get mad easily so video suggestions you cld probably maybe do separate of "boyfriend helps you with fear of abandonment" and "boyfriend helps you and cares for you when you have a depressive episode" like maybe have some scenes of washing our body for us bc since depression and selfcare yk and another scene you cld distract us and just shush us to sleep or read a book to us its your choice for the age regression video i totally reccomend to baby talk us i love this youtuber called "dæva celestial" he is such a great asmrist you can look at his age regression videos and get inspired from that :3 i hope this helps
