@ancient Copyright that is not true at all. The only country that segregates women and men is Saudi Arabia, a lot of Arabs date but some do it in secret because they don’t want to be judged by others ,and yes there are Arab women who wear hijab but a lot of them don’t. Plus you shouldn’t forget that all Arabs aren’t muslim or religious, we should respect everyone’s beliefs.

@Daniel Karimowitz Lebanon is an exception because around 50% are Christians and the president is Christian. They do have boyfriends and go to the beach. It's very close to the European culture here. No segregation, tattoos, drink.. etc. This is why the Arab version of Star academy, So you think you can dance, Dancing with the stars were all made in Lebanon. If you watch the show you can't guess that it's an Arab country except for the language. Also, when it comes to the language Lebanon is francophone/anglophone (In universities you don't study in Arabic). Even the weekend is Saturday-Sunday while the other Arab countries have it Friday-Saturday

being a doctor, lawyer or engineer would have given him a premium version of the boof with much fewer laws....but with the added con that they will ask your opinion with a problem they have that relates to your job. if ur a doctor then they will ask you health-related questions, if ur an engineer, they will ask u about something they are building or a mechanical problem they are facing and if ur a lawyer then they will ask u things about laws to help themselves. basically a free consultation

I have been in this situation in a Lebanese family. It was initially uncomfortable with the immediates (we worked it out) then got worse with the extended (we never worked it out). 40 years later and nothing changes, even their own kids (a couple who are gay also) was may fault.
