@@SimplyKSimone their beatboxer is a 2 time world champion & one of the founding members of the group. Thank you for doing Home Free, they are amazing. New sub!
@@SimplyKSimone yes it is, welcome to the world of Home Free...and if you keep listening to them you will soon become a Home Fry like the rest of us. Enjoy the ride.
I have been a fan of Home free since they won the sing-off.. they are very talented group and very fun!! Do any of their videos and you will be amazed..
Believe it or not Tim (Bass) can actually go lower. He has a 5+ octave range. I could give you a list of songs but anything you listen to from them is really good, sometimes better than the originals. If you wanna hear Tim go low, may I suggest Do You Hear What I Hear. He starts in his upper registry then drops the floor into the basement halfway through. You'll enjoy it. It'll leave you speechless. Glad you discovered Home Free, its a deep rabbit hole your going to fall in. Keep them coming. Thanks.
Simply K.Simone - Girl, if you think that was deep from Tim, he’s been teaching Avi Kaplan from Pentatonix how to go deeper. Tim can go as low as a G note and has a five octave range.
Tim (Foust), the bass, doesn't even go all that low on this one. He is incredible. Depending on what you enjoy, they have a wide array of mysical styles from R&B to pop to country to hymns, and even a Motown vibe. For humor, their Butts Remix is hilarious. They send a great, pertinent message with their cover of Paul Cauthen's Everybody Walkin This Land. They mix up voice arrangement and wow the listener with their version of Mayday, originally by Cam. And all that is before touching their originals.
I love their version of Mayday. It's one of my favorites....and the Fact that Tim has the ability to do 5 octaves is so impressive. I didn't know he had the first lead on that song until I saw the video....I was blown away!!!
Tim is what they call a basso profundo. He is in constant competition from 2 others for the lowest bass note. He has notes below the range of hearing, measured by scientific instruments.
Don't ever apologize for being real. I love that in a reactor. These guys won the Sing-Off show in 2013. Shawn Stockman was one of the judges that year, and he praised these guys left and right. He was amazed at their talent, and I'm sure he's honored that they took of the Boyz II Men songs and did it justice. A Lot of people have already given you a lot of fantastic songs to chose from, so I won't bombard you with more, right now. I will say; that I loved your reaction so much, that I just subscribed, with the hope that you'll do more HF video's in the future. Thank you so much, for giving these talented guys a listen.
I definitely will which one should I do next let me know and you’ll be surprised how much I’ve been ridiculed for being myself but I don’t want to be fake I want a true reaction thank you so much for watching and welcome to the family I appreciate you as a subscriber and as a viewer
Omg they killed it 🙌🏽🙌🏽🥰🥰🥰🎤🎤🎤drops mic 🎙🎥AMAZING HARMONY THEY MADE THEIR OWN KILLER VERSION I TRULY ENJOYED THANKS FOR INTRODUCING ME TO HOME FREE 🥰🥰🥰 BEST REACTION VIDEO ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Love it keep pushing this makes you feel so good ❤️🙏🏽
Don't be sorry, these guys are amazing! Rob (the main guy you called a boy) did a great job with this! Tim (the bass) surprises a lot of people. Keep up the good work!
They did such an amazing job! I was a teen in the 90's and Boyz II Men were the heart and soul of our serenades!! ❤ There were a lot of good ones then but I don't believe anyone topped Boyz II Men. These fellas deserve props for their rendition!! 👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏
Welcome to the music of HOME FREE !!! Please react to "HOW GREAT THOU ART" & also "DIE A HAPPY MAN", "IN THE BLOOD" AND "RING OF FIRE" and a couple more...."CAN'T STOP THE FEELING", "CASTLE ON THE HILL" & THINKING OUT LOUD/LET'S GET IT ON" I know that's a lot but trust me you'll love their sound.....best acapella group out there - remember NO INSTRUMENTS just their own mouths. Their beatboxer, Adam Rupp is amazing
Welcome to Home Free! Thanks for the reaction. I also recommend reacting to their cover of Love Train & Everyone Walkin This Land. We Home Free fans are called Home Fries.
Love you girl! You keep it real and give great comments! No need to be sorry, you are one of the rare great reactionists. Glad you like our boys. They are amazing!
Tim Foust, who stepped forward as the bass solo is actually holding down a baritone in this song while Chance back row on the right is holding the bass line.
You've struck a cappella gold with Home Free, a phenomenal group. For something up tempo check out "Can't Stop The Feeling", something deep "In The Blood", from their country roots "My Church" and don't miss the astonishing harmonies and backdrop in their rendition of "How Great Thou Art". They offer much, much more...all good. BTW, Boyz II Men's Shawn Stockman was a judge on the season of NBC's The Sing Off won by Home Free. He was a fan during the show and he must have enjoyed this cover!
Yeees! Acapella groups! Home free have an amazing number of great covers and originals, really recommend you watching them when they first started on the show the sing off, especially ring of fire, Tim Foust is an amazing bass and it truly shows on that performance!
Hi from Canada! I am a Home Fry (lover of Home Free), and you would probably love "Ring of Fire" featuring another bass named Avi Kaplan. By the way, this is an acapella group, so only voices produce all the sounds you hear. It's all awesome!!! I love how real you are and you have great energy! Cheers!
Sure you can give someone a hug. When my son was a tiny toddler we would go "ooh-ooh" when we hugged him. Sometimes, from across the room, he would pause playing, wrap his arms around himself and say "Mommy, ooh-ooh". Long distance hugs. He's in his 40's now. When I talk to him on the phone and are ready to say goodbye, he says "Bye, Mom. Ooh-ooh." I still get hugs, all the way from Alaska. Even with Social Distancing we can still practice hugging.
Dang....i'm going to have to go and buy this one now... I have about 3 albums and several singles....I think I just found another to wear out! I love Rob's voice on this, and Tim's bass....And Austin... ok...All of them!!!! This is truly ear candy!
Sis...this was a great Reaction. I've never heard of Home Free before. They are doing the dang thing on this song. OMG...the dude with the Bass vocals! My, My, My....WOW!!!! They came with their own flair and I love it!!! Thanks for sharing!!! Now I need to hear more of them!
There are very few covers that are at the same emotional level as the original -- These guys manage to nail it more often than not. As a matter of fact they can make a so-so original into a work of art. Tim can cover McCary of course. What did you think?
Do not be sorry for your passion, it is real and I enjoyed it so much. Home Free is my favorite group, they are tremendously talented and I cant wait for more Home Free !!!! Even though it is a Christmas song I would love you to react to "Do You Hear What I Hear". Unbelievable arrangement by the beatboxer Adam Rupp, everything about the video is Great !!!!
Hey fam, this is my song from back in the day when I got my heart broken, I played this song a million times while consuming many adult beverages. You got me on this reaction, it took a lot for me not to break down because all them memories came back with this song!!! Home Free is an AMAZING group.
I Love your reaction! I felt the same way the first time I heard it and I feel the same way every time I hear it and I've watched this video dozens of times!! This is a great intro to Home Free! Please do yourself a favor and dive deep into their catalog, you will never be disappointed!!!
Girl you reacted just you should have and exactly like I thought you would. And the answer to your question: Do you know how hard it is not to sing along? Yes it is darn near impossible which I seem never to be able to do!!! "All about the Bass" is another good one...wait...everything they do is good. React to all of them!
When I first saw this, I found it interesting that they chose to remake a Boyz 2 Men song that wasn't originally an acapella song. I think that was actually a smart move on the part of Home Free, because what's the point of doing an acapella remake of an acapella song? Other Home Free songs worth checking out would include: How Great Thou Art My Church God Bless The USA And if you really want to hear Tim Faust go low, go find the version of "Ring Of Fire" that they did on The Sing Off, where Shawn Stockman was a judge. His reaction is priceless.
@@SimplyKSimone I can't find your description box with this cheap phone that I have but if you can verify your email address for me I can send you some of the videos that I commented on.
It's easy to forget there is a beatboxer back there. They are so talented and they will usually make you smile. My Church would be a good one to check out next. Great reaction.
i grew up a 90s kid, (sorry, im old) i LOVED Boys Il Men. i listen to almost everything. i loved nothing more than to listen to their albums before basketball games because i believed it would make me smooth like them. (i wasnt. i was 6'2" at 12, lol) bit i loved these guys at 12-14 and it was on all my makeout " mix tapes" where i recorded stuff off the radio. Boys II Men were a bad ass group with bad ass voices. i rber my freshman year vividly, and these guys do it justice. you just got a new subscription because i honestly believe music, barbecue and love are the only things that can bring us together
You need to dive into Home Free, you will not regret a single song, they are all amazing. NO INSTRUMENTS AT ALL, all the sounds are their vocals, and their beatboxer is a freak of nature in the sounds he can produce. They can do everything from country to pop and it all sounds amazing. More Home Free Please.
Tim Foust who is ONE of the basses now, its been reported he has roughly a 5 octave range, Chance, who is the baritone, has been working on his bass with Tim's help and in several more recent songs they have done, Chance does an excellent job on bass.
I really enjoyed your reaction to my favourite group, thank you. I'm glad to hear you're wanting to react to more of their music, add me to the list of new subscribers. As somebody said, you really can't go far wrong with these guys - you've had some great suggestions, or just pick something from their channel.
Awesome reaction thanks for sharing. Guaranteed you will never miss instruments with these guys. Strictly all vocal. No drum kit, excellent beatboxing by Adam, bass line and vocal, Tim, lead on this one, Rob, high tenor Austin, and Chance harmony. They swap the lead so everyone gets out front. Subscribed. Billed as country but sing it all.
