@Jamie Flynn that would kill him, not literally obviously, he'd be fine with 3 days a week, probably a full body routine with fairly light weights and then holy shit if he could fast for like 20 hours everyday or every other day, without overeating within the feeding period we could see a slim greek in a few months.
