I think this was a great interview I think bozos is his own man is entitled to his own opinion and feelings and he speaks for himself me being a southern Mexican just parole from 4 yard general population active and I was fortunate to be around good individuals Men of Honor and I was able to ask these kind of questions as far as the South and the north go and if they're open to communicating and coexisting with people from the north then why can't we be the same.. times are changing and I'm sure there's people from up North who feel the same way bozo feels about us from down south but I might have to agree with American total on this one I would love to see the day when a southern Mexican and northern Mexican coexist together make money do business without it being any kind of fadangle just something righteous for the people by the people brown people and unity then let it be I'm not a hater of northern Mexicans I'm just not for all the disrespect on either side

I like this convo only thing I don’t like is Bozo’s comment about Raza being “white” without qualifying what he means. If Bozo is trying to be literal then mostly everyone has white in them including blacks. So I’m not sure what his point is with saying that. Bottom line most Raza don’t identify with being white because we are not white. Yes, many of us have Spanish blood because of the conquest but it’s not the same as whites in the U.S., so again, I don’t understand his point. Bottom line most of us have indigenous roots and African roots as well for example our Boriqua and Dominicano brothers and sisters (there are also many Afro-mexicanos in Mexico). The sad part is that our people have been colonized twice, first by the conquistadors and then by this country. The government has tried to strip us from our indigenous roots by labeling us Hispanic in order to force us to identify with Spanish/European colonizers. To the point that many Latinos check the “white” box on certain documents when we are asked what “race” we are when in reality Chicanos/Latinos should be checking the Native American box as race and then Chicano/Latino as our “ethnicity.” Similar to the Black diaspora our people also have been ripped away from our indigenous ancestry and homeland which is why many of us can’t trace our lineage back to a specific indigenous tribe throughout the Americas. The same goes for Blacks who can’t trace what specific tribe they are from in Africa. And it’s all due to the colonization of both peoples (blacks and Latinos). So again, I ask what is the point in stating “we have white in us?” This is the kind of masa that gives ammunition to whites and blacks to question our history and culture. Idk maybe Bozo grew up with a gabacho step parent or something that told him he was white. Or maybe he’s talking about white Cubans that left Cuba when Castro came to power. Many of those people consider themselves “white.” Anyway, I’m Chicano and Brown and Proud. As Raza we need to unite. Much respecto to American Cholo for putting it down for all raza carnal!
