Not every kitchen has knives only the main kitchen for the facility has knives with the tips cut all in vegetable prep and of course guarded by a Co those knives are extremely guarded and ain't no movement until they are secured

Shit, the hole makes you or breaks you. I was in the best shape of my life, both mentally and physically, and not only while being back there...even to this day...I still incorporate a lot of those self disciplines I learned there into my daily life. Up early, keeping them endorphins flowing through those vigorous work outs, reading daily, educationing your mind...all the solitude, the time to self reflect and get right within yourself, no excuses. You’ll either strive or barely survive...
