My brother has the same problem. His Dizziness are so strong. What can I do? Help please. Every doctor said us that rehabilitation is the key, but there is no improvement, it has even worsened.
You sound like an amazing person, helping your brother like this! When the vertigo is from BPPV, there is a simple solution, the half somersault maneuver: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wv66YvIyDy0.html. When vertigo is from a stroke or other cause it can be a bit more complex. Balance exercises and vestibular training are very helpful. A low inflammation diet with plenty of healthy fats can help the brain heal. You can also look into hyperbaric oxygen therapy to help the brain heal. I wish you and your brother the best!
i went to the doctors a while ago and they said i had bppv, aswell as low iron so when i stand up too fast. the world spins and then it goes pitch black for a little bit, all i see is black dots that get bigger and bigger until i cant see and it gets quite scary at times. i was wondering if there was anything i could do to help it, i have tried the physiotherapy and medicines etc but nothing works. is there anything else you could recommend?
