Quick question: I got my braces off two days ago now and both my jaws (largely bottom though) feel fatigued. Is that normal? It feels a little better when I take my retainer off. Will this feeling go away? (They are not sore, they just feel tired) I cannot find anything online to state if it’s normal.
If you get your braces off without getting a (fixed) retainer, yes. But I'm pretty sure it's standard, unless you refuse to get one (which is a dumb idea 😂).
Unfortunately, my teeth became more crooked after I had my braces off. My orthodontist didn't give me a retainer. I had to get another pair of braces again which was additional costs + super inconvenient ://
No! I used retainers for 4 years and took off 5 years ago. My teeth stayed at the same place and dont get crooked. Thx God i will never use braces anymore haha
Do teeth come back to original position after removing braces? If so..then what's the use of having this treatment...i am at my 5 month of braces and now i am tense
badal raj no they won’t come out 😂 after braces come off u must wear retainer it hold ur teeth in place. If u do not wear it ur teeth will return to natural shape
