Dude... Seriously, I have been working on my own body for about 2 years! From eating right, losing weight, and now breaking any bones that could have fuzed together in my 48 years. Now I'm on the part where I'm working on exactly what you show me in the last two videos! Specifically as of lately my focus has been on what your video shows here! The method I created is called mashing, and your videos educate me on locating any issues I may have. I promise my range of motion, and speed has increased beyond my own belief! We as humans are amazing, and thanks to you, I can see how amazing it should be! Thank you from the range of my heart!

What does it mean by muscle head in anatomy

It is probably the end parts of the muscle slab. If it is long, it is long head; if the end muscle ends on the lateral, it'll be the lateral head. (correct me if I'm wrong) Anterior Biceps Brachialis has long and short head muscles, while the Posterior Triceps Brachialis has lateral, medial, and long head muscles. Although the "end" muscle slab usually points on the upper most part of the muscle, so I'd assume head literally means the upper most part of the muscles or muscle end unrelated to the bottom muscle end.
