Haha took me a while as well. But from 4:54 on you can hear it. There Brad plays the last lick of the original verse twice (the melody in which Paul Simon sings the words "there must be 50 ways to leave your lover"). At 5:01 Brad plays the melody of the start of the verse ("the problem is all inside your head she said to me..."). At 5:34 he starts playing the chords of the chorus (but not really the melody).
Thanks so much. Truly great work. These transcriptions help me grasp these solos so much better which makes practicing even on a basic level much more fulfilling for me. I love the amount of detail in all the articulations. It must be a tremendous amount of work.
How the HECK can you notate this whooooshing that goes so so so so so so so fast… And so so so long? I think my jaw is dropping down to the absolute floor here. Correction: down to the bottom of the Earth!! 😯 🤩 😮 🎉 👏🏽 🏆
@@virghammer1For notating yeah. The other software I use is Transcibe! by Seventh String Software. It helps me mark the sections of the track I want to work on, add notes, check pitch with a built-in keyboard and slow down or transpose check if need be.
